These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Anything Marketplace website, mobile platforms, and related services operated by Anything Marketplace Pty Ltd (referred to as “Anything Marketplace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance use & anti-fraud policy
The platform includes but is not limited to:
related search tools, listing systems, mobile interfaces and messaging systems
any associated services that allow users to advertise, search for, enquire about, or purchase items.
By accessing or using the Anything Marketplace platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Anything Marketplace
Anything Marketplace operates an online classified marketplace that allows businesses and individuals to advertise equipment, vehicles, machinery and other items for sale.
Listings may include, but are not limited to:
Cars and vehicles
Trucks and transport equipment
Trailers
Agricultural and farming equipment
Industrial machinery
Construction equipment
Other commercial equipment or goods
The Platform provides advertising and communication tools that enable buyers and sellers to connect.
Anything Marketplace does not own, sell, or supply the items listed unless explicitly stated.
2. Marketplace Role
Anything Marketplace operates solely as an online marketplace platform.
Except where expressly stated:
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.
We do not verify ownership, title, condition or legality of listed goods.
We are not responsible for any transaction, agreement or dispute between users.
Any purchase, lease, or other transaction occurs directly between the buyer and the seller.
3. Accuracy of Listings
Listings on the Platform are created and managed by users.
Anything Marketplace:
does not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
does not warrant that items are fit for purpose, roadworthy, or legally owned by the seller
does not verify that items are free of finance or security interests.
Buyers are responsible for performing their own checks including:
verifying seller identity
inspecting goods
confirming specifications
checking the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) where relevant
confirming prices, taxes, freight and government charges.
Prices displayed on listings may exclude GST, delivery, registration or other statutory costs unless stated otherwise.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using Anything Marketplace you warrant that:
you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
all information you provide is accurate and truthful
you will comply with all applicable laws.
5. User Accounts
Certain services may require users to create an account.
You agree to:
keep your login credentials secure
not share your account with others
notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
Anything Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Listing Content and User Contributions
Users may upload content including:
listings
images
descriptions
pricing information
messages
comments or communications.
You warrant that any content you upload:
is accurate and not misleading
does not infringe intellectual property rights
does not breach any laws or regulations
does not contain offensive, abusive, defamatory or unlawful material.
Anything Marketplace reserves the right to edit, refuse, suspend or remove listings or user content that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Licence to Use User Content
By posting or uploading content to the Platform, you grant Anything Marketplace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
publish
display
reproduce
modify
distribute
promote
such content for the purposes of operating, marketing, and improving the Platform.
You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
publish misleading or fraudulent listings
impersonate another person or business
distribute spam or unsolicited advertising
upload malicious software or viruses
attempt to access restricted systems
scrape or harvest data from the Platform
interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Anything Marketplace may suspend or permanently block users who engage in prohibited conduct.
9. Communications Between Users
The Platform may provide tools that allow users to communicate with each other.
Anything Marketplace:
does not monitor all communications
does not guarantee responses from sellers
is not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users.
You should treat communications cautiously and verify information independently.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience only.
Anything Marketplace:
does not control these external websites
is not responsible for their content or services
does not endorse any third-party providers.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform including:
the Anything Marketplace brand
logos
software
website design
text and content
are owned by or licensed to Anything Marketplace.
You may not:
reproduce
distribute
modify
republish
reverse engineer
any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
12. Availability of the Platform
Anything Marketplace does not guarantee that the Platform will be:
uninterrupted
error-free
secure
always available.
We may:
update
modify
suspend
restrict
or discontinue
any part of the Platform at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Anything Marketplace and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
your use of the Platform
reliance on listing information
transactions between users
delays or errors on the Platform
system interruptions
loss of data or profits.
Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anything Marketplace from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:
your use of the Platform
your breach of these Terms
your listings or uploaded content
any transaction between you and another user.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store and use personal information.
By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
Anything Marketplace may update these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will take effect once published on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:
you breach these Terms
your activity poses risk to other users
we reasonably believe your conduct is unlawful.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
